Customer Service Representative Opening

Tri-City Transmission is a family-owned auto repair shop that has been providing complete auto service and repair in Tempe, Arizona, for over 40 years.

We are winners of the Motor Age Top Shop award, Angie’s List Super Service Award, and we are proud to have recently won the 2016 BBB Torch Awards for Ethics.

We are looking to hire a full time customer service representative.

You will use your positive attitude, your caring nature and your top-notch customer service skills to make an impact on your customers’ day.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Talking to customers over the phone and in person to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Accurately document and update customer records in the computer system
  • Remain calm and helpful in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicate well with customer and coworkers
  • Perform other administrative or customer service duties as assigned by management

The ideal candidate for this position will meet the following requirements:

  • Has a genuine desire to help people
  • Loves talking to people whether on the phone or in person.
  • Is professional in appearance and demeanor
  • Friendly and helpful attitude
  • Has a reputation of integrity and honesty
  • Two years’ customer service experience
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Adept at using the computer including Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • High school diploma or GED.
