• When planning a family vacation or road trip, the top things to check are tires, tire pressure, fluid levels, radiator coolent, belts, and hoses. Do not do
any major service on a car right before traveling. Consider renting a car if there are problems.
• How to check your tires to know if they need to be replaced.
• Do not take a radiator cap off a hot car or put cold water into a hot radiator.
• 2004 Ford F350: Noise was not a motor mount problem. Exhaust pipe shifted to one side and noise went away.
• 1989 Chevrolet 30 Winnebago: Can I buy a kit to repair the air conditioning in the cab area without a license?
• 1990 Honda Accord with 150,000: Green S light flashing on temperature gauge.
• 2000 Honda Odyssey: Transmission replaced twice. Ran out of gas and car wouldn't start after adding two gallons of gas.
• 2006 Dodge Dakota: Seatbelt warning beeps even when all of them are plugged in.
• Are manual transmissions more efficient than modern automatic transmissions?
• 2006 Toyota Tacoma: Does a lot of stop and go driving. When engine is turned off, a sucking sound that seems to come from the radiator.
• 1994 S10 Blazer: When it's warm out, it has a rough idle.
• Trail Blazer: Air conditioning blows out of floor and windshield vent, but it won't come out of the middle vent on the dash.
