Transmission in Tempe, AZ talks about vibrations in your car. Guests include Scott Almhjell of Whitey's Auto Repair in Scottsdale. Also on this show:

• Do not ignore vibrations in your car. They can result in expensive repairs.
• The most common is tire vibration, which are usually felt in a small window of speed.
• The second most common are from U-Joints, axle shafts, or engine mounts.
• 2005 Ford F250. Steering box broke off. Power steering pump was wining, so it was replaced. Now it is hard to drive.
• 2007 Honda Pilot with 90,000 miles. Want to buy it, but it has never had a transmission service. Owner said it was sealed.
• 2004 Buick Regal. Shop said front wheels were getting loose.
• 2006 Chevrolet Colorado with 89,000 miles. When driving 55 or 60, there's a vibration in the drivers seat belt.
• 2003 Audi A4. Check engine light came on for coolant temperature sensor failure. Had it fixed, but light came back on.
• 2003 Honda Accord. Offer a fuel injection service for $89. Is it worth it?
• 2013 Kia Sorento. When the back window is rolled down on the freeway, it creates a vacuum in the cab and vibrates the car.
• 1998 BMW with 310,000 miles. Are their parts I should be changing even though nothing is wrong at this point?
• 1999 Ford F350 Diesel with 300,000 miles. Has a hesitation and knocks when turning on the air conditioning.
