Tri-City Referral Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

This rewards program is confidential between Tri-City Transmission and the referring partner. In lieu of claiming your rewards, you can instead elect your customer to receive a 5% discount (up to $150) or for us to waive the initial diagnostic fee (up to $150). In the case of forwarding the discount to your customer, in order to keep our agreement confidential, you would simply need to let your referred customer know you are having the diagnostic waived or they will receive a 5% discount (up to $150) because they are a customer of yours. This program is designed and written in the spirit of seamlessly taking care of a valued customer when a specialty other than your shop is needed. Tri-City Transmission will not perform any general repair on your customer’s vehicle without your request. This would be indefinite – By automating our referral program, this ensures your customer will not show up on any of our mailing databases. It also ensures we know to never to offer your customer any general repair services. We realize with over 45 years in business Tri-City Transmission already has an extensive marketing program outside of general repair shop referrals. It includes things such as a 45 year reputation, extensive radio advertising, active internet marketing, as well as some direct mail. Our rewards will only be provided if you submit the customer’s information to us, before we hear from your customer. We suspect a timing issue could arise in which case a verbal conversation would need to take place between Tri-City Transmission and you, the referring partner. Our point here is to not compensate with rewards for a customer that is already coming here based on other marketing efforts we allocated money to. If the customer is already in our database, rewards will not be redeemable. Again, in this case, a verbal conversation would need to take place between Tri-City Transmission and you, the referring partner.
